You are able to perform nice flashy attacks and there is decent customization and monster variety in the game. Toukiden Kiwami is a game more on style than anything else. The amount of time you'll spend in the bullet customization is insane. I am entirely convinced it's God Eater 1/Burst/Resurrection's protagonist in there, just relentlessly trolling everybody and their buddies from the first game. You can create a gigantic bullet which splits up into dozens of bullets which curve and home towards your target. You could make a bullet which flies into the sky and acts as a satellite which rains a hail of bullets from above. You can attach special functions to bullets to make them behave in all sorts of creative ways. There is a whole system in place to modify the bullets that you shoot out, right down to its angle and rotation. What makes this better than Toukiden is the insane bullet customization. Honestly, the monsters are boring and the environment is stale. This is hands down the best out of the three games you mentioned, and also better than Dauntless.

Add on to this the huge number of different weapon types (All play differently) with a good weapon upgrade tree system and the armor skill system to really give you a sense of customization. Varied boss monsters, good terrain design which you can use to your advantage including interactable environments, great looking graphics as well. It has a ton of different systems going for it which complement the whole monster hunting aspect. MHW is the game to get if you are looking for a good co-op monster hunting game.
